Pediatric Audiologist
CID seeks a full-time pediatric audiologist to provide services to children who are deaf and hard of hearing.
CID’s mission is to teach children who are deaf or hard of hearing to listen, talk, read and succeed. We partner with families and collaborate with universities, educators and other professionals worldwide to help children communicate to achieve their fullest potential. The CID pediatric audiology department is an integral part of our mission. Audiologists provide a full range of re/habilitative audiologic services for children from birth to 17 years of age and work closely with educators to address speech, language and hearing needs of the children in the CID auditory-oral school.
Candidates should be proficient in providing behavioral hearing evaluations, device evaluations (digital hearing aids, cochlear implants and FM systems), parent counseling and educational outreach. Master’s or AuD, valid CCC certificate and Missouri state license are required.
